Today we know that relationships affect our immune system, brain function, mood, and heart rate.
Over a century ago, as early as 1917, Dr. J.L. Moreno, the creator of psychodrama, implemented his theory of "sociometry" in an Italian migrant camp to improve health, behavior and wellenss. In 1932 he refined his method at Sing Sing prison to reduce violence, and in the 1930's he showed off his system by predicting winners in famous boxing matches.
